Deadwood Games, LLC is a single-member limited liability company owned and operated by Matt Terry, registered in California. This policy covers data collected through deadwoodgamesbgc.com.
What We Collect
We collect only what you give us directly:
- Email address — when you sign up for our mailing list
- Contact form submissions — your name, email, selected subject, and message when you reach out
We do not collect payment information on this site. All transactions happen through Gamefound, which has its own privacy policy.
How We Use It
- To send launch notifications and production updates (email list)
- To respond to your messages (contact form)
- To understand how people find and use this site (analytics)
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with anyone. Period.
Email List & Form Submissions
Form submissions on this site (newsletter signups and contact messages) are processed and stored by Netlify, our hosting provider. Netlify retains submissions until we manually delete them or you request removal.
Email addresses collected through the newsletter signup are added to our mailing list, which is sent through EmailOctopus. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of every email we send. Once you unsubscribe, your data is removed from our active list. To delete a contact form submission, email us through the contact page.
Analytics
We use analytics to understand traffic to this site. This may include information like which pages are visited, how visitors found us, and general geographic region. We do not use this data to identify individuals.
