Deadwood Games is a sole proprietorship owned and operated by Matt Terry, based in Oxnard, California. This policy covers data collected through deadwoodgames.com.

We collect only what you give us directly:

- Contact form submissions — your name, email, and message when you reach out
We do not collect payment information on this site. All transactions happen through Gamefound, which has its own privacy policy.

- To send launch notifications and production updates (email list)

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with anyone. Period.
Email List
Our mailing list is managed through EmailOctopus. When you subscribe, your email address is stored by EmailOctopus on their servers. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of every email we send. Once you unsubscribe, your data is removed from our active list.
Analytics
We use analytics to understand traffic to this site. This may include information like which pages are visited, how visitors found us, and general geographic region. We do not use this data to identify individuals.
Cookies
This site uses minimal cookies required for analytics. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or retargeting. No cookie-wall nonsense.
